Once inside the affiliate area you will want to take the following steps.
1. Fill Out The Affiliate Terms & Conditions & The W-9 Form and Fax To (813) 333-7346.
2. Download The City Scape Software and Place on Your Computer. This will allow you to enter in the keyword (on the top line) and the city (on the bottom line). You will either get a local rating of -3 to +2. Anything that is a 1 or lower you will get a congratulations you can dominate this search term. A 2 will say that the term is competitive and requires customization which is outside the scope of our Local Search product.
3. Once you have a potential client, you can then take 1 of 2 steps outlined in the next section.
When you have a qualified client that you have run their primary keywords through our City Scape Software, and they passed, you can then fill out the New Client Pre-Approved Order Form that you get from your affiliate links. or the hard copy application form which you can then enter into the New Client Pre-Approved Order Form Manually. The New Client Pre-Approved Order Form, requires the clients approval and credit card information.
1.If You Fill Out the Hard Copy, Please Fax Application Back To Our E-Fax At (813) 333.7347 (Be Sure And Put Your Name As An Affiliate On The Paperwork So We Can Process Under Your Link.
2. We will will review the application and keywords and confirm your order with your client with our Niche Keyword Approval form which notifies them of which keywords we are going after and their mirrored URL site. They also get this Welcome Instructions form letting them know what to expect.
3. If for some reason there is a conflict between City Scape Results and Our Manual Review we will advise you and contact you directly for some options for your client. Our City Scape Software screens out most of the difficult spaces, but every now and then Google throws us a curve ball. We continually update this software to keep up with the ever changing algorithims of Google.
The beauty of your affiliate links is when you send them to the CLIENT SALES PAGE link found in your affiliate links, when they go to the website, they are automatically cookied with your affilate link. Even if they decide to buy 10 months later you would get credit for the sale. Send them to the sales page, follow up with them, handle their questions. If they don't buy, we automatically drip on them with emails that give them more information and entice them to buy. All you had to do is send them to the website...pretty easy.
No. We find that every city and every niche market are not the same. We find that approximately 70% of most local markets will work with our product, however every client’s website must be evaluated for keyword traffic and competition levels to insure we can live up to our Guarantee. However we will make every effort to find long-tail keywords that would benefit your client and make those suggestions as alternatives if their primary keywords are too difficult.
As stated above, every niche market and website has its own set of circumstances. It may be possible to work with your client, even if they are in a tougher niche market. We will be glad to provide a custom quote, and time frame for your client to help them achieve their objectives or find keywords further down the keyword difficulty scale to get your clients started. From the time the client submits their initial application for services, we will evaluate their website, application and keywords and get back with them within 24-48 hours with their final keywords and sign off. Once we have that plus their billing information (included on application) we will get the client entered into our system and processed which typically takes from 24-72 business hours dependent upon our workload.
We will pay commissions on the 1st and the 15th of each month through Pay Pal for all accounts that credit cards have cleared and settled with our bank. We are currently working on a weekly system that is automated and will let you know if and when it becomes availble.
Once we recieve all of your Affilate Terms and Conditions and Your W-9 form, we will schedule you for an online training class on how to sell this product, and how to field objections and questions that might arise in the field. As our Affilates grow we will hold weekly training calls to answer questions and to help give you online tools that will make you look like an SEO pro in the field.
